Grasp the Moment

Life for Georgia Adams has never been easy, but she’d at least hoped that a
weekend in Vegas would have its perks. That was until she’d gotten the most
dreaded email of her life, topped off with an invite to her fathers wedding to
his secretary. But you know what they say… when life gives you
lemons–make a lemon drop.

Derek Perez has seen better days–months even. Being a single father at age
21, Derek’s only three goals are to provide for his daughter, graduate college,
and open up his own restaurant. The only thing that could make all of his
dreams come true? His inheritance–the same one that his mother refuses to
give him.

Both Derek and Georgia, the poor souls, are whisked away to Vegas for their
friend's birthday with the goal of forgetting the past twenty-four hours of
their lives. And they do, only to find themselves wrapped around one
another the day after with a shining ring on Georgia’s finger, handcuffed,
with two raging hangovers. Now they’re on a mission, should they grasp this
opportunity they’ve been provided or crumble under the pressures of life?
